Excuses. I know them well. I used to be full of them. I’m too tired. I don’t have TIME (my favourite). I don’t have the money. I don't have the energy. I'm stuck with this body due to having 3 kids. Easter is a fun time of year for the little ones, but can be stressy for the adults as we watch the sugar highs building momentum, which then usually turn into sugar melt downs, not to mention that us big people quite often go overboard on the sweet stuff too.
