Breakfast Bowl

The kids and I are loving this breaky at the moment, easy to make, filled with good fats from the coconut, pro biotics from the yoghurt, potassium from the banana and powerful antioxidants from the berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (Pam's threaded coconut doesn't contain any preservatives, also Ceres Organics is good)

  • ! tablespoon LSA (ground linseed, sunflower and almonds)

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt (or full fat unsweetened yoghurt of your choice)

  • Frozen berries and cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix banana and coconut together in a bowl

  2. Sprinkle with LSA

  3. Stir through coconut yoghurt

  4. Top with frozen berries and cinnamon
