Through coaching you'll receive tips on how to get exercising, keep motivated and get your booty moving again, even when one those excuses of "I'm too tired" or "I'm too busy" start to creep in.

 

Plus you'll have an outline of fun exercises that are tailored just for your unique body and your goals including:

  • Cardio - with 15, 30 and 45 minute routines that incorporate low intensity options plus lots of fun routines - even a hip hop session if that's your thing.​​ 

  • Flexibility - with 10, 20 and 30 minute routines showing videos of various stretches that are great for your body.  Flexibility is SO important for certain body types especially if you need to reduce stress and let go of the busyness in your day.

  • Strength - a customisable programme including full, upper and lower body routines with an equipment or no equipment option.  All including low, moderate and high intensity options, plus beginner, intermediate and expert skill levels.  It's catered to ALL.

Also, guidance on the best time of the day to do these exercises and how often which can have a huge impact on your health and wellness.

 

Knowing how to exercise and when to do it due to your particular body type really sets you up for success.
