Whilst our clever bodies are designed to flush out toxins after processing them (via the kidneys and liver), our modern world can put an extra toll on our body, meaning it needs some help to ‘clear out the junk’.

What a detox can do

A detox helps your body work more effectively by processing the toxins naturally and safely.  It’s a bit like how you need to give your car a service or ‘tune-up’ each year – to help it run more efficiently.

A detox helps all those nasty toxins and substances that can cause aches, pains, tiredness, low immunity, poor sleep, low mood, weight gain etc. to be released.
