Are you tired of your hormones ruling your life?

Usually, you are a well adjusted, balanced, capable woman

But every now and again your hormones take control of both your body and mind

(and everyone has to run and hide)

Maybe your PMS Psycho-Woman for one or two weeks each month

You're screaming at the kids, crying over tv adverts about puppies, picking fights with your partner (who's breathing has become extremely irritating) and are convinced your friends have created a group conspiracy and are all purposefully ignoring you at once.

All whilst a giant pimple breaks out on your chin.  And you inhale a cream doughnut.  Or two.

Or is Menopausal Madness your constant friend?

Hot flushes, insomnia, mood swings, night sweats etc, which seem to strike at any random moment.

One minute you're a perfectly sane individual, and the next you're some crazed woman who's having a colossal sweaty tantrum because someone put the toilet paper the wrong way on the holder.

PMS, peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms are not fun

It feels like another entity has taken residence in your body and mind and that you are no longer in control.

You say and do things that are out of character.  After a while you turn back to 'normal' and sanity resumes, but then you are overcome with guilt and embarrassment about the way you have just behaved (which seemed perfectly rational at the time!) and are issuing apologies left, right and centre.

Then, a while later, it starts again.  And the cycle continues.

I GET where you are at...

I know what  it feels like to have hormones controlling you - it is something I have struggled with for many years.

From age 14 to my late 30's, PMS controlled me for two weeks of every month.  Tears (as in loud ugly-cry sobbing), anger (rage), irritability, sore breasts, being overly sensitive (YOU looked at me the wrong way), being overly irrational (EVERYONE is looking at me the wrong way!), exhaustion, insomnia,  skin breakouts and just feeling really really low.  And that was on a good day.

Others I knew complained about PMS, but mine seemed a lot more extreme.

You can read more about my story here.

But, eventually, I found a way out

Through some help it was discovered that my liver was not eliminating oestrogen effectively and that I was also low in certain vitamins and minerals.  Plus, I needed to learn how to bring some balance in my life and incorporate techniques to manage my emotions.

Hence the healing began and a month later my period arrived and I had NO clue it was coming!  I had gone through my first month PMS free!

I couldn't believe it (neither could my family - the poor things).  I could finally live a relatively stable life.  I was finally free.

This prompted me to help others who were struggling with the same torture I was going through.

If you are suffering from any of the following you may be dealing with unbalanced hormones

  • Sore breasts

  • Food cravings

  • Acne or skin irritations

  • Headaches

  • Weight gain

  • Constipation and/or diarrhea

  • Tiredness or fatigue

  • Irritability or being overly sensitive or emotional

  • Sleep issues

  • Sensitivity to light or sound

  • Low self esteem or confidence

  • Bloating

  • Anger/rage ('losing-it' moments)

  • Digestive issues

  • Period cramps

  • Sadness, anxiety or depression

  • Irregular periods

  • Hot flushes

  • Night sweats or day chills

  • Brain fogginess

  • Thinning hair or hair loss

  • Dizziness

  • Feel like you're facing this alone

  • And more....

Plus, along with hormonal issues you feel like:

  • You have tried every diet out there, but struggle to find one that you can stick to long term.

  • You are stuck in a cycle of losing weight, then gaining weight, then losing weight, and so on.

  • You can do really well for a while, but then the cravings take over and undo all your good efforts (you swore you were just going to eat one chocolate biscuit.....).

  • You just don't have the time, motivation or energy to actually really take good care of yourself - it all feels like too much work!

If so, let me ask you...

  • Do you want balanced hormones?

  • Do you want to lose weight?

  • Do you want to gain energy?

  • Do you want to find an eating & exercise regime that is based on YOU (and not produced for the masses)?

  • Do you want to feel healthy and motivated?

If you answered

"yes, yes, yes!"

then, you are in the right place.

Because you are about to discover something different.

There are many people telling us what is right for EVERYONE

(Keto, plant based, Cross Fit, running, etc)

But, how many people are telling you what is right for YOU?

Losing weight, gaining energy and balancing your hormones is NOT just based on what you eat and how you exercise.

It is NOT just based on your willpower (or lack of it).

We are all different.  So, it’s important for you to know and do what is right for your body and mind, not anyone else’s.

Yes food and exercise play a part, but they are not the whole picture.

Balanced hormones and a healthy body and mind

is about your genes, your environment and your lifestyle

So, if you're ready to find out about something that is based uniquely on YOU...
