WHAT AGE IS THIS AIMED FOR?

 

Usually women in their late 30's to late 40's, but if you are experiencing any of the symptoms mentioned, it is for anyone over 18.  This programme will help you recognise and alleviate your symptoms.

Any woman who is feeling tired, overwhelmed, anxious, irritated, emotional, angry and impatient (more than usual) and feel like they are just constantly in rush mode.  Any woman who is dealing with PMS or perimenopause symptoms like tender breasts each month, heavy or irregular periods, period cramps, mood swings, low libido, aches and pains and hot flushes/night sweats.  Any women who is dealing with stress, sleep issues, digestive problems, low immunity and so on.  Any woman who has tried a tonne of diets and exercise regimes in their life.  Any woman who is feeling like they are doing everything for everyone else and just feeling damn unappreciated for it.  Any woman who is feeling like "this is now MY time".

HOW DOES THIS COURSE RUN?

 

The first session is creating your online profile and determining your body type through bone measurements and questionnaires.  This usually takes one and half hours.  After that it is an hour long one on one coaching session every fortnight.  We can meet in person, online or over the phone - what ever suits you.
