WHAT AGE IS THIS AIMED FOR?

 

Any women 18 years plus.  

WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR?

Any woman who is dealing with stress, sleep issues, digestive problems, low immunity and so on.  Any woman who has tried a tonne of diets and exercise regimes in their life.  Any woman who is feeling like they are doing everything for everyone else and just feeling damn unappreciated for it.  Any woman who is feeling like "this is now MY time".  Any woman who is ready to claim their life back.

 

WILL I HAVE TO EAT AND DRINK THINGS THAT I DON'T LIKE AND TAKE A LOT OF SUPPLEMENTS?

 

No!  You'll never have to eat anything you don't like.  But, you'll be encouraged to discover foods that support and nourish you.  Over time your taste buds will change and you will start seeking out these foods naturally.  With regards to food and drinks it's about switching to healthier options that are right for your body type, as opposed to whatever it is you may have been eating before.  But, it's not about perfection - you'll learn to still enjoy 'treat' foods now and again without any bingeing or guilt.

Not at all.  You can list foods that you don't like or have an intolerance to and this is all incorporated into your profile.  No matter what your eating habits look like now, this plan will help you to make them better.

HOW DOES THIS COURSE RUN?

 

The first session is creating your online profile and determining your body type through bone measurements and questionnaires.  This usually takes one and a half hours.  After that it is an hour long one on one coaching session every fortnight, or you can do 30 minute sessions if that is more suitable.  We can meet in person, online or over the phone - what ever suits you.

WHAT IF I FEEL TOO BUSY TO DO EVERYTHING?
