Sneaky Chocolate Spinach Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get your vegie hit in (you can't even taste the spinach), filling, and making a double batch ensures you have something on hand that's quick an easy, so you'll easily avoid grabbing package foods.  Morning and afternoon tea sorted. 

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • 2 big handfuls of spinach (or other leafy greens, courgette is another option)

  • ½ cup frozen berries

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds, optional (soak in water overnight)

  • LSA (linseed, sunflower seed & almond mix)

  • 500mls water
